Welcome to Neon on the Lanes – your fun, feel-good base in the heart of Brighton’s iconic Lanes. Just 8 minutes from the station, 9 minutes to the beach and 12 to the pier – settle in, relax, and enjoy Brighton your way.

• Zip-link bed: choose a luxurious super king or two comfy singles
• Sofa: Whilst it’s not a sofa bed in the technical sense, it is a big, cosy sofa that many of our guests have told us they’ve slept on very comfortably. To make sure you feel at home, we’ll provide fresh extra bedding so you can get a great night’s rest.

We chose Brighton because it has such a unique energy - colourful, creative, and right by the sea. I love the mix of independent shops, cosy cafés, and the buzz of the Lanes, all just a short walk from the beach. There’s always something happening here, from festivals to live music, and at the same time you can slow down with a walk along the seafront. It’s that balance of fun and relaxation that makes Brighton so special to us.
