This uniquely designed open plan apartment survived a wartime bombing and has been lovingly restored, a truly hidden gem. There is a large open plan living space for modern living, store rooms, guest bathroom, utility room, a study and self-service honesty wine store. The living area has Alexa controlled Smart home technology, integrated Sonos surround sound, mood lighting and underfloor heating. Guests also have free use of an office with printer and scanner. The master bedroom has a 55” Smart TV , and the second bedroom also has a 50” TV.

Enjoy the local bars, bistros, art galleries and an array of restaurants right on your doorstep. The Barbican is known for its Maritime Heritage with narrow and cobbled streets. The historic Mayflower Steps are a short walk away and within close proximity to the National Marine Aquarium. Beach 7 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
