This modern wooden bungalow of traditional and pleasant construction with an overall area of 80 m2 bordering a park of 8000 m2, will offer you calm and comfort. It is composed of :
One bedroom with 1 large double bed 160 cm, storage
A mezzanine that can be arranged with a single bed
A terrace with an area of 60 m2 with views of the countryside, making use of entrance, living room, dining room, with kitchenette (equipped with fridge, hob and gas oven and all necessary utensils).
A bathroom with shower, toilet
TV, Radio, Wifi
Electricity and solar hot water.

The communal beach, the amenities and the Mold Market are a 5-minute drive away.
The beach of Anse Maurice is 10 minutes away
