The apartment as a whole is very nice needs a couple tweaks but nothing that can’t be resolved Are stay was 3 adults and 2 children. Enuf space for all would recommend 3 children and 2 adults max The lagoon pool is the star of the show spectacular and to be honest the apartment size is very good. Absolutely coming back…

We only needed to stay for a single day. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Absolutely amazing location, the pictures do it justice. The largest pool I’ve ever seen in my life. Marisol, the host, was exceptional. Very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything stood out! The apartment was beautiful! All new and super clean! The man made beach was unbelievable! Downtown Punta Cana is a 10 minute drive and has great restaurants, Supermarkets, nightlife, etc. Traffic is crazy and everybody weaving in and out on the scooters had us feeling like we were in a game of frogger (IYKYK) lol … but hey, it was part of the experience. We had an absolute blast and will definitely come back. Marisol, the host was a doll! Anything I reached out to her for, she was responsive, helpful and sweet.

Looked just like the photos; however jets nor heat in jacuzzi worked. Water in primary bath nor kitchen never got warm much less hot. Window shade in kitchen was falling down, door on dresser in primary bedroom was broken, both air conditioner remote had dead batteries in it. There was dish liquid nor paper towels in the kitchen and only a half a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms. Had to start our vacation of by immediately going to the supermarket for household necessaries. Now for the biggest issue…. INVASION OF PRIVACY…..there is what we thought at first is a security camera outside on the patio wall that is pointed straight into the apartment, it follows as you move around in the living room, patio and hot tub. If you walk around inside not dressed or even half dressed it captures you. Now why wasn’t this disclosed in the add when renting the apartment! WOW….Happy Birthday to me!

During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding issues with the jacuzzi, hot water, air conditioning, kitchen supplies, furniture, or other items mentioned in this review. Had we been notified at the time, we would have had the opportunity to address and resolve any concerns while the guest was still at the property. We also take any concern regarding privacy extremely seriously. As hosts, we understand that unexpected issues can occur, and we always prefer to have the opportunity to resolve them during the stay, when corrective action is actually possible. In this case, none of the issues described in the review were communicated to us during the guest’s visit. We encourage our guests to contact us immediately if anything requires attention.
