Close to downtown!! Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle in garage. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle in the south bay garage which is less then a 5 min walk already PAID for.
My company is Atlantic coast homes and my name is Jennifer. I hope to have the opportunity to rent to you while you stay in Salem. 4 Night minimum stay. Please note when you do book I send check-in instructions no earlier than 24 hours before your stay for safety for everyone.

Perfect Spot in Salem

The house was exactly as described and perfectly situated to enjoy all the nearby sights. We were able to walk to get breakfast, lunch, dinner and delicious cookies for dessert at Goodnight Fatty. This made a great home base for getting around Salem.

Long weekend in Salem for wedding

Visited Salem for the weekend for a wedding with adult family. The property was in an excellent location and well kept. Worked perfectly for our group. Smooth check in and check out and the property manager communication was excellent! Thank you!

The house was as advertised. The check in process was easy and clear. The owner even included cute little soaps and shampoos. We had a great view of the water and a close walk to most of Salem!!

Parking was off premise but very close. Unit was spotless and plenty of items to make stay comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The unit has great updates for such an old building it felt fresh, updated and comfortable with central air, Nest thermostats etc. We would consider renting the unit next door - as that is the unit with the “full” water view (pictured) and the parking on site - but would definitely stay in this unit again too. For those who like to visualize, plan and know check-in details ahead of time be forewarned that check - in details within 24 hours actually means you will receive details only hours before check in. This proved cumbersome for us as we were traveling from out of State with multiple delays, inclement weather while coordinating last minute wedding plans. That said, the host was extremely responsive and explained that it was for security. This unit and location helped make a wedding weekend very memorable and convenient for the parents of the Bride during Salem’s “busy season”.

Thanksgiving in Salem

Lovely property. Very clean and convenient to everything. Comfortable furniture and nice kitchen. Good water pressure in shower. We highly recommend this property. We will stay again.

Great stay

We were coming to Salem for my daughter's wedding. The house was right across the street from the venue and it was easy to host the "get ready" spot. The views of the ocean was great and was in easy walking distance from many historic sites we visited.

Salem Perfection

This house is beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect location. We had the best time, parking at the South Bay garage was easy and close. The sites of Salem were within walking distance and easy to get to. We could stay here again.

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying at this property. We have stayed in Units 1 & 2. Both are fully equipped with super comfy beds, lots of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing location! You will not be disappointed. Historic, beautiful home!!!!!

Location, location, location! Ideal spot within Salem, and a great point of departure to access great towns on the North Shore, as well as Boston. Host was responsive to an issue we encountered. House was well-stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Historic home close to everything!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, a full size fridge, and a cozy living room made this the perfect home base for exploring Salem! The location along the wharf put us within walking distance of Salem attractions and lots of great options for food. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Salem.

Nice condos, use the two separate units as one large one for my family during my son's wedding. Convenient to walk to venue as well as downtown attractions. Townhouse was clean. All amenities worked and featured as described, would stay here again

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a great location close to downtown Salem. The property was nicely furnished and SPACIOUS. When we visit the Boston area in the future there is no place else we will stay. Everything and everybody made our visit 5 Star.

It was a nice place! TV in master bedroom would lose sound after 15 minutes. Didn’t like having to park far away. The place was nice and clean.

Great weekend with the family stay in Salem

The unit was exactly as listed, with clean, updated amenities. The beds were a little small, especially in the top floor bedroom which could have accommodated larger or additional beds, but overall, everyone was wonderfully comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to all of Salem and the hosts made check-in and check-out quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

High quality accommodation in a great location.

Totally updated, clean, and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns just steps from our door. The House of the Seven Gables is just down the street. If you’re visiting Salem to see it all and do it all, this is the place to be.

Lots of comfortable sleeping space.

This rental has 3 bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Lots of space in the bedrooms for your suitcases and personal items. The rental is sparsely furnished but who needs a lot of sitting around when you are right in the heart of Salem. Everything you could ever want to visit in Salem is less than 10 minutes of walking away; most less than 5 minutes. This rental is also great for young families as a great play park is only a block and a half away. We thoroughly loved this place.

This house is perfectly located for all the Salem things, the waterfront views are beautiful! Parking was just down the street, there was coffee in the house but the little coffee and wine bar across the street was epic! We loved it!
