One bedroom apartment just above the main center of Cannes within an easy walk from the Palais des Festivals and the main beach strip.
The apartment is ideal for attending one of the many conferences in Cannes but also for a short holiday, it's proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants and the main conference center makes it ideal.
Set in a well maintained and secure building, the apartment has a small living area, very well equipped with an open plan kitchen, table and chairs, sofa (wich can convert into a bed) and a small tv, from the living room access the large terrace with some reclining chairs and table and chairs.
The bedroom has two single beds and some cupboard space and also large windows to access the terrace.
The shower room has a bathtub with a shower attachement and glass wall and a whashbasin.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The bedroom is airconditioned, there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and the living room and free wifi.
