I never leave bad reviews but this listing ruined a good bit of a trip I spent thousands on that I will not have money to recreate. I booked this listing based off of the address on N. Hamilton that was listed. It said Beverly Hills all over the listing. I booked it because it was walking distance or an easy bus route to things we were doing or my family. The night before my 6 am flight I get a message with a completely different address. It was in Korea Town, an area with a ton of crime, 25 minutes drive and longer via bus from the listings’ location. Then the message stated I had to meet the person in a separate addresses parking lot to get the keys or they could leave them in a fire extinguisher case in the lot. The message also said if I mentioned VRBO to anyone at the property they’d charge my card extra. I wrote them asking about the address and got no response. I had to spend HOURS late at night on the phone with VRBO, and get to bed for midnight when I had to get up at 4:30 am, then book a random last minute property without having time to research the location or pack amenities that were originally included with this one. STEER CLEAR, SAVE YOURSELF.
