Villa Omega is a refined retreat in the prestigious Monte Smith area of Rhodes Town, combining luxury, privacy, and proximity to the island’s cultural treasures. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa balances elegance with comfort, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends seeking a stylish base to explore Rhodes.



The villa features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, three of which are furnished with comfortable double beds, while the fourth includes two single beds, offering a versatile layout. The master suite enjoys the indulgence of a bathtub, complemented by two further bathrooms with modern walk-in showers and an additional WC. For those staying in the upper level, please note that access to the first floor is via an outdoor staircase, giving the layout a traditional Mediterranean feel. All bedrooms are supplied with fresh linens, ample wardrobe space, and carefully chosen details to enhance the restful ambiance.



The living and dining areas are bright and inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen providing everything required for both simple breakfasts and elaborate evening meals. Guests will find an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, and full kitchenware, ensuring the convenience of a true home-from-home. Air conditioning and free WiFi are available throughout the property, while a flat-screen TV offers entertainment for quieter evenings.



Outdoors, Villa Omega truly shines. One of the largest private pools on Rhodes awaits, surrounded by lush gardens and ample space for lounging in the sun. A shaded pergola, outdoor seating, and barbecue facilities invite long summer evenings spent dining al fresco. Views of the mountains, pool, and gardens provide a serene backdrop, while private parking within the grounds ensures ease of access at all times.



The villa’s location is one of its greatest assets, set just 10 kilometres from Rhodes International Airport and close to the island’s most iconic landmarks. The UNESCO-listed Medieval Old Town is a short drive away, while the Temple of Apollo and Acropolis of Rhodes offer fascinating insights into the island’s ancient past. The golden sands of Ixia Beach lie within three kilometres, providing the perfect balance between cultural discovery and coastal relaxation.



Additional services such as airport shuttle and grocery deliveries can be arranged at an extra charge, and a seasonal swimming pool is available from spring through autumn. Please note that the pool remains closed between 17 November 2025 and 19 March 2026. Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00, ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.



A refundable damage deposit of €400 is required and is charged seven days before arrival by credit card. This will be reimbursed within seven days of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. While no staff are resident at Villa Omega, assistance with cleaning services or other special requests can be arranged in advance at an additional cost, subject to availability.
