Condo was very clean, beautiful and had a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we found wrong was the beds are uncomfortable and they need new cooking skillets. They stick and are warped in the center.

The fabulous beach location with its gulf view balcony situated close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and even more beaches is a bit of heaven. This allows you to overlook some needed upgrades, asa well as less than meticulous cleaning.A coat of semioss paint on the trim, new kitchen sink, digital exterior door lock, toilet flow adjustments and more detailed cleaning would go a long way to a great impression.Happy new

Condo needs deep cleaning.

Finding the lockbox was difficult. It was located in a dark stairwell on the bottom rung of the banister. I was disappointed in the floors. The grout was black. Nice updates.

Strong Shrimp boil smell on entering condo. We had to buy candle to tolerate smell for several days. There were no linens for sleeper sofa. The cabinet above the oven is broken.

The condo is beautiful as well as the views. It was very clean!! Only one issue needing to be addressed. There is some sort of leak in the master bedroom bathroom. You cannot see the wetness but when you step on floor tiles there is wetness. I made sure i had my slippers on when i went in there. I did love everything else about this place and would stay again.

The property was at a great location. The pictures are accurate as what inside looks like. However it is out dated and the bathrooms look dingy. The kitchen water faucet did not work properly. They were not enough towels for 2 people more less 6 for bathing. There is no toiletries provided so be sure to bring toilet paper. Yes toilet paper is was not even provided. It was a little over priced for the overall quality of the property. For the cost I paid I will pay for a better establishment next time.

Very clean. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the white sand beach. Elevators were very fast. Great balcony with nice furniture. 2 hot tubs and only 3 total jets were working between them. Lights above stove and under cabinet were not working. We have traveled many years and never had to bring our own garbage bags and toilet paper. We had 1 small roll of TP for each bathroom and 1 garbage bag for 10 days. Those should be included for the price we paid. Couch could used replacing. It was only comfortable in the middle. The sides went uphill. Overall, we would stay again.

Great beach view condo, elevators a bit of an issue.

All in all a good, convenient to everything place. The place was clean, beautiful views, and very safe and family friendly. The only honest (constructive) criticism I can giver other than the good is 2 main things. At least one of the two elevators were broken each day. This made getting up a down a bit of a lengthy process (and crammed)once we finally did catch an open elevator . It was not terrible, just a little inconvenient. The second was the pool. It only gets sun for a few hours every day. Bc it is in between buildings. On one hand a bit of a bummer bc I wanted to catch some rays, but on the other good for my 2 kids bc they were not in direct sunlight all day. Overall a great place though!!! We enjoyed our stay!

The detailed email was great and very much appreciated. The condo looks exactly like the pictures posted. The unit was very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the eating utensils and dishes and cookware you could need during your stay. We were very impressed with how clean the elevators were considering people would come in from the beach and take the elevator to their floor. The elevators were a bit slow at times, but with that many floors I think that is to be expected. We greatly appreciated having the carts available to bring things up when we arrived and down when we sadly had to leave.
