The property was well described, so it was everything we had expected. Comfortable beds, very clean, and our host, Crystallenia, was efficient and easily contacted when needed.The property was perfect for our needs; very private, with lovely panoramic views. Only very slightly spoiled by sound of planes coming into land, but being fairly close to Heraklion meant quick and easy journeys to and from the airport, which was a bonus. Good location for getting around by car too.Can highly recommend a stay here. Maybe the best accommodation we've rented in several years.

Amazing stay

I stayed here with my family and we had an amazing stay, the villa is so beautiful, spacious and has amazing views. Crystallenia was also a wonderful host and extremely helpful. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Crete.

Dream stay

This was the best Vrbo stay we’ve ever had. Crystallenia was the most gracious hostess.she helped us with restaurants / tour info/ and was very gracious. The property is immaculate, well stocked, great location. 20 minutes to Knossos or Heraklion city center. 10 minutes to beaches. Comfortable beds. Beautiful pool. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Perfect vacation for 9 of us traveling.

Wonderful villa with amazing outdoor space and great pool.

Crystallenia was the most perfect host, nothing was too much trouble and the little bakery gifts were very welcome. So much space in the villa although we spent most of our time outside, favourite spots being the table under the trees and of course the pool area. The villa was very well equipped and everywhere was kept very clean. A truly relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Great October break

We all loved our stay here and Krystallenia was great to deal with every step of the way. Really quick at answering any questions and did some nice touches like the welcome to the house with food and drink. There were 12 of us staying and everything was great. 20 minute walk to the beach which was very nice. Pool was crystal clear. We loved the basketball area and used this a lot. If going later in the season like us I would recommend paying to have the pool heated (as we did). Without it, it would have felt very cold. I imagine in the hotter months it would be lovely to cool down in. Would happily go there again. Thanks 🙂

Probably one of the best holidays!

We were a group of 11 boys. All around 21-23 and it sounds scary to allow people our age to be allowed to stay in a villa like this especially. Crystallenia set us up, the villa is one of the best, pool the interior the rooms you can’t go wrong. Her contacts with the taxi companies big shout out to Lefteris my guy. Call him anytime he came or one of his colleagues always helped us out with the best prices. If we had any questions we could message Crystallenia any time obviously apart from really late cause she would be sleeping but during the day instant reply. Anything gone wrong or if we had any trouble with locals when we give her a ring she would sort it. Cannot fault anything about this place 11/10

Three-generation holidays

This beautiful villa really lacks nothing! I have often stayed in Airbnb houses, but this villa surpasses everything! Everything is very clean, as good as new and well maintained, large rooms (except the individual bathrooms could be a bit bigger), top equipped kitchen etc. The new air conditioning system, which air conditions each room individually, does not always work satisfactorily, but Crystallenia took care of it immediately. She was always available and responded promptly. She does an excellent job and is extremely helpful. She even gave us a small farewell gift. The aircraft noise and the current construction noise from a building site next door were a little annoying, but the heated pool (a little expensive, but worth it in the cooler months!) and the sunny weather made up for everything. We really enjoyed this week and felt absolutely at home. Dear Crystallenia - it was super nice and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for your lovely care!

DEMASIADO CARA PARA LAS PRESTACIONES DEL INTERIOR DE LA CASA

Viajamos 7 adultos, y nos prepararon una habitación infantil, con escaleras para subir a la cama.Los cuartos de baño muy pequeños, y las duchas muy pequeñas. Dormitorios muy pequeños, con poco espacio para dejar la maleta. Solo 1 secador de pelo, para toda la casa.No había manteles, ni servilletas de papel ni papel de cocina ( tuvimos que usar papel higiénico como servilletas. En el cuarto de baño de la planta baja, no había toallas. Las cafeteras sin limpiar. Con el filtro con café usado .Nos pide la fianza, con la casa pagada previamente. Antes de dejar la casa, realizó una inspección muy intensa, poco amable que nos hizo sentirnos incómodos, cuando aún estábamos cerrando las maletas para irnos al aeropuerto.Vivienda ruidosa, ya que se oyen los aviones.Las fotos de la página web, no se corresponden con el confort del interior de la vivienda. La tasa turística no está incluida en el precio, debes abonarla al salir.Vivienda alejada, necesitas vehiculo para salir a comer o comprar.

Tolle Villa, super Gastgeberin, klare Empfehlung

Wunderbare Villa, ruhig gelegen aber mit Mietwagen oder Taxi gut zu erreichen (ca. 15 min vom Airport) alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von neun Personen dort und hatten gut Platz (2-3 Schlafplätze mehr wären ohne Probleme möglich gewesen). Ganz besonderes Lob an die Gastgeberin Crystallenia, sie hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und uns wahnsinnig viele Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Einige von diesen sind wir gefolgt und waren nie enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts war super. Klare Empfehlung, falls es wieder nach Kreta geht werden wir sicher schauen ob die Villa frei ist !

The land of this property was a gift from the owners father who also financed its basic construction. It was gradually completed by the owner and her husband and they accommodated their family initially.
When the owner decided to convert it to a tourist accommodation of high standards, all necessary changes and additions were made together with the operation license from the greek tourism organisation.
It was a personal bet for her, to make this small business grow and flourish...started operation in 2020 (with covid 19) and it was not easy at all...But with lots of hard work, and at the same time beleiving in her abilities and great sense of hospitality, she gained very good reviews for the property and her commitment to her guests as well, year by year.
She goes on and never stops improving. She is more than happy to have satisfied guests that appreciate the effort, care and services provided during their stay.
