We have lived in Somerset/Dorset for 20 years. My husband is a wine merchant so we have a strong interest in food and wine and I have done self builds and interiors ever since giving up an advertising career! Our latest creation Dairy Farm Barns is our family home with our 3 grown up children which we love to share when they are not there!
Why they chose this property
It’s the golden spot of Somerset. The mecca of food, drink, the arts and architecture. The Newt, Hauser & Wirth, Osip Michelin starred restaurant, Wraxall Vineyard, Sherborne Abbey and Bruton as well as numerous national trust houses are all within 15-25 minutes. South Cadbury an agricultural village is home to the famous Cadbury Castle and Iron Age fort, The Camelot pub, a 12th century church and offers stunning walks and honey stone houses. A truly rural escape with plenty on the doorstop and yet only a mile from the A303.
