Excellent flat . The instructions to find which actual building it is in and the code for the outside door could have been clearer. The instructions could and should say “The tiny key symbol followed by the code number then another tiny key symbol on the door key pad are what you need to press. The property owner / manager was very quick to help explain by email/ text when we were having issues gaining access although I hope being referred to as ‘ love’ several times was meant in a friendly way and not condescendingly or passively aggressively! Just saying
