The building charges an additional fee for a key or registration bracelet per apartment (not included in the total reservation cost). This payment is made in cash on the day of check-in to the staff member who hands over the apartment:

- Up to 6 guests: $90.000 COP per stay
- Up to 7 guests: $180.000 COP per stay
- Up to 8 guests: $270.000 COP per stay

📄 Check-in requirements:

Copies, photos, digital documents, police reports, or expired documents are not accepted.
- Colombian nationals: National ID card, passport, civil registry certificate, or identity card (for minors).
- Foreign nationals: Passport with an entry stamp or a valid PEP.
- Minors not travelling with their parents must present a notarized authorisation form signed by their legal guardians.
