Nicely renovated two-bedroom, one bath private home with covered front upstairs deck makes for spacious and accommodating vacation getaway! Central air conditioning and fenced property! Hot tub outside...Wonderful location on Illinois Street, is short walk to brand new boardwalk and ocean beach, restaurants and shops, and LIRR. Off-street parking for two cars. Bedding, towels, utensils, wireless internet, cable. Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. Main living area is on the second floor, up one staircase.
Features:: New granite / stainless kitchen. Inviting open floor plan. Hardwood. New living room furniture. Stainless grill. Room to store bikes. Fully furnished. Fully equipped: utensils, cookware, bedding. Please no smoking inside.

The “Beach House” has wonderful energy!

The house is very well appointed. Ken made sure that we had everything we needed. The bed was big and very comfortable. Cupboards were well equipped . We were able to barbecue and the stores/restaurants are just one block away. A truly special delight is the front deck. We spent many hours there. You can smell the nearby ocean, walk the beach and become part of the very friendly community. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back.
