The house has 2 large terraces, a private heated pool, barbecue and bioclimatic pergola to take advantage of the best views throughout the year.

At Marbella Unique we have designed and adapted the spaces, and chosen each piece to maximize relaxation and comfort. The perfectly studied lighting, finishes, textures, neutral colors, natural fabrics such as linen and cotton work together to create a perfect and balanced harmony throughout the house.

In our team we value the past and the beauty of craftsmanship, which is why many of our solid teak furniture is made by hand and designed exclusively for us. We have also used furniture and pieces of recovered wood that take us to other times and other places.

Accommodation layout:
On the first floor, you will find the bright living room with an open kitchen and direct access to a wonderful terrace, two double bedrooms with beautiful mountain views, and an ambivalent space with sea views that adapts to your needs and functions as a dining room, as an office, or as a third double bedroom with a Natuzzi sofa bed.It also has 2 full bathrooms, a toilet, a laundry room and a dressing room.

On the large terrace located on the first floor, you will have a large dining table, seating area and 2 sun loungers to relax at any time.

The upper floor consists of a large and complete south-facing solarium with a chill out area, a private pool, a bioclimatic pergola and a fantastic barbecue. The pergola with glass curtains is equipped with a dining area, refrigerator and sink.

In the residential complex we have 3 outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool, a heated indoor pool, 2 saunas, 2 gyms and private parking with electric charger. The parking si directly  accessible  from the elevator.

Marbella Unique has an idyllic location close to the soft white sand beaches of Cabopino, Calahonda and the protected Artola Dunes, which are less than 2 km away.
