You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- No damage is don to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. All debris, rubbish & discards are placed in the dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. Key should be returned to the lock box and condo locked each time you leave the condo. No linens are lost or damaged. No early check in or late check out without permission. MAXIUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum occupancy of guests sleeping there is six (6) persons per order of town zoning. Any fees or fines for over limit occupancy will be charged to the tenant. DEPOSIT - A deposit of $ 200.00 is required. You will be returned the $ 200.00 after inspection/cleaning of the condo. Rates include a one-time linen towel set up. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE- While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service in not included in the rental rate. Also, we suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit at any time. RATE CHANGES- rates subject to change without notice. Falsified RESERVATIONS- Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS- Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
