Cozy detached house, free on three sides, featuring an outdoor space furnished with table and chairs, ideal for lunches and dinners in the open air. Guests have access to a barbecue for enjoyable grills and comfortable sun loungers for moments of relaxation. The property is fully fenced.
The house is located between Chiusi and Chianciano. At a short distance lies Lake Trasimeno (30 min), the fourth largest lake in Italy. It is a very popular destination both for relaxing holidays and for cultural and nature excursions. Also worth visiting are Pienza (20 km), Cetona (5 km), and Sarteano (6 km).
