*Please Note* WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR PARTIES. PLEASE BE ADVISED SHOULD WE RECEIVE A COMPLAINT FROM NEIGHBOURS WITH EVIDENCE OF EXCESSIVE NOISE/OVER-OCCUPANCY/PARTYING, WE WILL PROCESS A FINE OF £50 MINIMUM AND UPWARDS OF £100 IF WE FIND ANY DAMAGE OR EXCESSIVE MESS WITHIN THE FLAT.

The Space:
A Rare apartment, with both the rooms along with the lounge having a beautiful sight of River Clyde. The property has 2 good-sized double bedrooms, the master bedroom is fitted with a 55 Samsung UHD Smart TV with Netflix and other apps and has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a full bathroom just across the hall. There is a fully equipped kitchen, for any keen chefs out there, that has a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also opens out into a large, comfortable lounge that has a balcony providing stunning views of the river. The lounge boasts a 65 UHD Smart TV alongside a Marshall Blu tooth Wireless Audio System for an immersive home-cinema experience!

Right next to the SSE Hydro and across the Clyde Arc, or Squinty bridge to locals, from the BBC and STV offices. It's just a 15-minute walk to the City Centre and the West End, encompassing Byres Road as well as nearby Finnieston.

The perfect place to enjoy after a busy day exploring our wonderful city, with a pleasant meander along the river from the center... then sit back, and relax with a glass or two as you watch the sun set behind Glasgow’s historic Finnieston crane and beyond. Every piece of furniture in this apartment was purchased in January 2019, so there is a fresh feel to the place, especially when a breeze helps cool the place down in summer.

The apartment sits in a secure complex, accessible by residents only, and comes with secure entry and elevator access.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay. All check in details will be sent in advance via our electronic guidebook link.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located at the Clyde Waterfront which is mainly residential. However a short stroll takes you into Finnieston which is a mixture of cool bars and trendy restaurants. There is something for everyone and it is one of the reasons it has quickly become the place to be in Glasgow. The flat is also a short-distance from Glasgow City Centre, where alongside the main shopping areas are a range of historical attractions as well as a vibrant nightlife and restaurant scene.

The flat is also just a short hop and a skip from the SECC and the Hydro that hosts a range of concerts and events all year round. Just over the river Clyde, facing the flat, is Springfield Quay, which boasts a cinema, bowling alley and a range of restaurants. Further down the River Clyde, and roughly twenty minutes away on foot, is the award-winning Riverside Museum which details Glasgow's socio-cultural and transport history!

The flat is the perfect launch pad for those visiting the city for work, with all areas of the city easily accessible by car, or by nearby public transport; is also a great place for tourists to rest their head, and is only a short distance from Glasgow University and Kelvingrove Park and Museum.

Getting Around:
There is a huge carpark just opposite the apartment complex on Elliot Street where you can park for £2.50 a day or £10 a week

There is a bus stop just outside that provides a very regular service to the city centre, and a train station at the nearby Exhibition Centre, with trains going out to Helensburgh and Luss, and also into the City Centre itself where there further transport links to other parts of Glasgow, as well as Edinburgh. The airport is approx 20 minutes away and it would cost around £20 in a taxi.

Other Things to Note:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay

Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.

Super great communication and a fantastic location. We only ran into small things, but we let them know and they were very responsive! I used a sleep mask in the early morning, as the windows are south-facing and there is a lot of light in the morning. But it was the best VRBO I have experienced.
