A grand, light-filled living room overlooks the greenery of Regent’s Park. Relax on two plush sofas, enjoy movie nights on the big smart TV (streaming channels only), or gather around the dining table for family dinners. The elegant electric fireplace creates a cozy, warm atmosphere during winter evenings.
Modern Fully Equipped Kitchen
The sleek kitchen is fitted with top-quality appliances, including a gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and a premium Miele washer/dryer. A small dining table makes it perfect for quick breakfasts before setting out to explore London.
Two Comfortable Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: A serene space with a king-size bed, ample wardrobe, vanity desk, and a private en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Second Bedroom: Compact yet versatile, with a double sofa bed, retractable desk, and generous storage – ideal for children, guests, or remote work.

A guest cupboard is available to neatly store coats, luggage, and essentials, keeping the space uncluttered throughout your stay.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.
Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
