This high-end apartment, heated and air-conditioned, was renovated and refurbished in May 2016 with quality materials. Finely furnished, it offers every comfort. The bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. It features a 32-inch Smart TV and air conditioning. The bathroom also offers a large shower (1.5 m) and all the amenities (toilet, bidet, sink, and mirror). The apartment also includes an eat-in kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher for your breakfasts.

Achille, who lives in the same apartment, is a friendly and open person and will be happy to suggest interesting itineraries.

This apartment exudes a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. We can dine together, if you like, or you can enjoy the privacy of your own bedroom, equipped with every comfort. The choice is yours! The important thing is that you feel comfortable!

The apartment is located in the basement of the building and is not accessible by elevator. It has 3.30 m ceilings and is well-lit. The great advantage of thick walls is a naturally mild and comfortable temperature year-round: cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It'll be a pleasure to come home after a long day exploring the city!
