Chalet très bien situé a 15 min a pied des télécabines et du centre ville de font Romeu. Si vous êtes chargé et avec des enfants je vous conseille de prendre la voiture et de monter directement aux pieds des pistes. Le chalet est très bien aménagé et convient parfaitement aux couples avec des enfants. Tous les jours du soleil et des écureuils. Le seul point négatif, le peu de place pour se garer si plusieurs voitures mais peut être résolu si les équipements de chantier étaient mieux rangés devant le chalet.

Si l'emplacement est parfait même s'il ne donne pas sur le golf, l'état du chalet est loin d'être satisfaisant. Tout d'abord une seule clé pour 8 personnes, c'est inacceptable ! Deux fenêtres ne fermant pas obligeant à garder les volets fermés en notre absence pour la sécurité, chambres du RdC subissant tous les bruits de l'étage supérieur car pas de véritable plancher, des courants d'air à toutes les ouvertures. Une cheminée mais pas de bois et de mode d'emploi, radiateurs tout rouillés. Coté salon, seulement 6 petites places. Coté cuisine, la moitié de la vaisselle ébréchée et les poêles grasses avec l'intérieur abimé. LV et réfrigérateur instables. Ménage très succinct malgré un cout relativement élevé.

La fabrique à souvenirs

Un chalet authentique qui vous permettra d'avoir chacun son environnement pour se ressourcer. Une mezzanine appréciée par les enfants. Le poele central permet de se retrouver autour du feu et rechauffe l'ensemble des locaux, c'est parfait. Station de ski familiale, accessible et partenariat avec une boutique de location bien appréciée par toute la famille, au pied de la télécabine. Biensur on recommande! On y reviendra sans doute.

Location à éviter dans l'état actuel du chalet

Trop de déceptions : Draps sales et manquant Salle de bain d'une autre époque, vétuste, dégradée et sale.... Système électrique à refaire . Pas sûr qu'il soit aux normes Dégâts des eaux en fin d'année avec un mur qui tombe en lambeaux, parquet soulevé, et j'en passe. Nécessité de mettre le ballon d'eau chaude en marche forcée ( manque d'information) Pas d'internet .. En résumé, un chalet qui n'aura jamais du être louė en l'état. (Photos à l'appui)

Beau chalet traditionnel

Très bon emplacement, dans un endroit calme bien que proche du centre ville. Proximité immédiate de chemins de randonnées. Tout cela permet de limiter les déplacements en voiture. Le chalet est en bois, ce qui lui donne un côté très chaleureux.Son aménagement est, pour certaines choses, un peu désuet, mais l'essentiel est là et permet un bon accueil pour 8 personnes.
