You will have access to the communal roof terrace with your fob. I am available 24/7 for any questions or requests you may have. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £150 will be charged to cover the lock replacement and key-cutting costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty An extra cleaning fee of £50 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.
