Private cosy 2 floor house located by the main street Laugavegur. The living room, kitchen and dinning room for 7 people make a one big space and located on first floor. Kitchen equipped with Bosch dishwasher and refregirator, gas oven, DeLonghi coffee machine and various small kitchen tools. Shared living space has MAC, Internet (wireless keyboard, mouse), Satellite and Bose sound system. On the ground floor is two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one bedroom with King size bed, big closet and two night tables. The second bedroom separated on two parts has two single (full size) beds with night tables and small closet. The bathroom has a shower and a big bathtub. Cabinets with soap, toilet paper, hairdryer and other bathroom amenities (toiletries). On the ground floor you also have washing machine with dryer and ironing board with iron. Good for families, couples, friends and business. House accommodate 4 people, Extra portable bed for 5 person available for extra €10/night.This bed can only be put upstairs in the living area and its simple bed with thin mattress.
House do not have private parking but pay parking available on the street. As well as several parking garages in 5min walking distance.
