Beautiful , large Garden with six seater enclosed hot tub, separate children's play/games room including pool table and dart board, fantastic brick built BBQ area with wrap around seating and
separate outbuilding that has been converted into a bar area with power, lighting and sofas to enjoy.
House itself has a large U shaped kitchen, large dining table and lounge area.
Separate utility room, 4 ground floor double rooms (one is a double bed bunk bed ideal for the kids to share) Family bathroom with large shower, hallway with stairs leading up to large king size master bedroom with en suite including jacuzzi bath, separate shower and his hers basins
