The home appears bright, inviting and harmonious with a functional split-level interior. The open kitchen is stylish and well-equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and a separate oven with grill function, which creates the perfect setting for cozy meals in the leisurely pace of your holiday. The bright bathroom is modernly furnished with underfloor heating and a sink, and the home is also heated with a heat pump, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The living room invites you to relax and socialize in bright, comfortable surroundings with cable TV. For families with small children, there is both a high chair and a travel cot, so even the smallest guests are included. Outside, two cozy, covered terraces await you, where you can enjoy your vacation days with a barbecue, delicious dinners and the fresh sea air. From the north-facing terrace, you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of deer on the edge of the forest – an atmospheric reminder of the area’s peaceful nature. The grassy area down towards the sea is free to use, and a small path from the area leads directly down to the beach at charming Hammerhavn. The area offers attractive communal facilities for both children and adults, including a large playground with a giant bouncy castle, cable car, swings, slide and petanque court. There are also charging stations for electric cars in the area. The home is located in a quiet and well-maintained area with a short distance to the impressive rocky coast and a wealth of beautiful, hilly nature trails and cycle routes. The cozy coastal town of Sandvig is just a short walk away and tempts with its lovely sandy beach, small charming alleys and atmospheric cafés.
