Our Detached Casita has unbeatable Privacy, stunning Mountain Views and Salt Water Pool which is used exclusively by Casita guests only. No other people will be using the pool and backyard grounds during your stay.

Casita offers spacious accommodations including high quality CAL KING Bed, Full Bathroom, sunny Dining Area, Sitting Area with 50" TV and a Kitchenette.

Easy floor plan opens the living space to the sparkling salt water Pebble Pool, 6-jet Spa, Pool Cabana, Sunset Lounge and great outdoor area making it easy to enjoy inside/outside California Desert living.

The outdoor living area completed with gas BBQ/Grill with extra gas burner, Covered Patio with comfortable furniture, Large built-in entertainment Bench with Dining Table, Salt Water Pebble Pool & Spa.

Our Sunset Lounge allows to watch breathtaking sunsets up close or have a peaceful morning meditation accompanied by the bird's singing.
Property is set up perfectly for enjoying the desert climate. It is a perfect escape for a couple.

Please, note that our outdoor Jacuzzi is Heated to 102F. Dessert climate allows our pool to be naturally sun heated in the range 78-88F between June and September depending on the month. In the winter our pool is NOT heated on the daily basis, but can be heated for additional $95/day.

Casita guests has access to a full laundry room with Washer/Dryer, iron board and steamer.

This is not a condo complex. This is a private residence (2 homes on the lot) part of which we are offering for your enjoyment. You will not see anyone else (except for a pool man) during your stay so the whole compound with pool/spa is for your private personal use only. Pool/Spa are not shared with anyone and completely dedicated to your use only.
The main house is not rented during your stay and does not interfere with your privacy as it has a completely different/separate entrance and is locked off from the part of the property where you are staying.

Casita is located in upscale neighborhood, on a beautiful secluded street in Palm Desert, just a couple of miles from Marriott Hotel, Bristol Farms, Gelson's, El Paseo and major shopping centers with restaurants and shopping.

Property is surrounded by a privacy wall with lush greens and is fully gated. The property has beautiful desert landscaping with Fruit Trees, organic Herb Garden, with outstanding Mountain Views.

Our fabulous outdoor Pool Cabana has electric outlet so you can enjoy using your computer and other devices outdoors while soaking up the sun and enjoying beautiful mountain views. We have strong WIFI throughout the whole compound and the router is located inside your Casita.

Because we respect your privacy there are no cameras inside or outside the Casita. We have security camera outside the garage area.

We are sorry, but NO PETS allowed at his property. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Your visitors and guests are welcome for a daytime stay.

Check-in after 4 pm, check-out before 11 am.
