1009A Pivan Apartments

Charming apartment directly next to the Saslong cable car, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with Saslong view, accommodating up to 4 adults.



Furnished in Alpine Tyrolean style, the kitchen area was completely renovated in 2024.



The property consists of two double bedrooms (one of them with its own washbasin in the room), two bathrooms – one with window, WC, bidet, washbasin, bathtub with integrated shower and washing machine; the other with WC, washbasin and shower – and a kitchen with dining table. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms.



The kitchen corner is well equipped and features a dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.



A beautiful south-facing balcony with view of the Saslong slope allows you to enjoy the sunshine of the Dolomites.



The property is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs.



Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.



Located right next to the legendary Saslong Ski World Cup slope with its cable car, Apartment PIvan offers a charming holiday apartment with balcony and Dolomites view, partially renovated in 2024.



The location is ideal for any kind of activity: the bus stop as well as the center of Santa Cristina with supermarket, restaurants, bars, rentals, and shops are only 250 meters from the house.



In winter you are in the front row for the Dolomiti Superski experience: the Saslong cable car is right in front of the house, together with the legendary World Cup ski slope of the same name and the Gardena Ronda Express – giving you direct access to the famous Sellaronda ski circuit! If you prefer, you can also take the free ski bus, which stops right in front of the house, to reach other lifts such as Monte Pana and the Alpe di Siusi in Ortisei.



In summer, the proximity to the bus stop and the village center (250 meters) is particularly convenient, while still enjoying a more private location. You can relax in the beautiful shared garden equipped with sun loungers and a veranda to enjoy the sunshine of the Dolomites in Val Gardena.



Within about a 10-minute walk you will find two public playgrounds as well as the famous train trail with cycle path, which crosses the entire Val Gardena. You are also just 10 minutes on foot from the Monte Pana chairlift, a true paradise for families with children thanks to the Panaraida adventure trail, horse riding, playground, and mini golf.



The house offers several comforts such as private outdoor parking, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels free of charge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
