This 1869 2nd Empire Baroque Home takes your breath the minute you see it. Downtown Savannah has metered, on-street parking Monday through Friday. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.

Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased at the City of Savannah Parking Services Office at 100 East Bryan Street/912.651.6470.

This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music or parties of any sort. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.
NO BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE GROUPS!

Maximum occupancy at ALL times is 14 people, including infants & children.
Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.
No pets or smoking allowed.

CANCELLATION NOTE: If you reserve & cancel AFTER we have processed the reservation, we will NOT refund the original credit card processing fees. We use a 3rd party processing company that does NOT refund these fees to us upon cancellations. You will also be charged a $50 cancellation fee for our time for processing then canceling your reservation.
