This apartment had its pluses and negatives.It was well located. it was clean and spacious.Walter who showed us around and greeted us on arrival was a nice man.There was a 24 hour mini market next door which was convenient. It was close to some bars restaurants and a shopping centre its a beautiful area.The kitchen was well equipped.The let downs, it was noisy, from, the main road directly below and the apartment above the sounds of constant footsteps and scraping of furniture, banging till early hours of the morning, the lift noise it took us a while to realise what the whirring noise was.The wifi signal was weak and did not reach the bedrooms.The bath matts and shower curtains need replacing. There was no window or air extraction in the main bathroom, the water went off completely for 2 hours, but we do understand this happens on occasion in Tenerife.There was no extra blankets for occasions when the weather turned cold ( and unfortunately it did) or change of sheets we stayed for 10 day. Although there was a washing machine. Its Difficult to dry sheets when the weather is not good.The balcony was overlooked directly from a window to the above apartment the pool area and the hotel opposite.Would we stay here again no it wasnt the home from home or luxury feeling we like, it was more like a hotel stay with lots of lifts steps long corridors and noise.
