The Grove is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house in the heart of bustling village of Birchgrove, Cardiff.

The property boasts a spacious lounge, tastefully decorated with ample seating for all guests who can benefit from the Smart TV and complimentary superfast WiFi.
Please note, the fireplace is display only and we ask that guests do not use this. Central heating is provided throughout the property so you can be sure you will have a comfortable stay.

The dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs so all guests can comfortably enjoy a meal together.

The large kitchen will meet all of your needs with the addition of a tumble dryer as well as a washing machine for added convenience.

The property benefits from an additional lounge area with Smart TV to the rear of the kitchen including panoramic doors which opens up onto a large garden space outside.

Upstairs, you will find 3 beautifully decorated rooms, each comprising of a double bed with ample storage for your belongings.

You'll find a main bathroom on the upper floor with both bath and shower facilities as well as all other amenities you should expect to find.

Guests will have access to the entire house with on street parking nearby.
