Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated peaceful place to stay. The Green House is well-situated with 6- car offroad parking facility. Public transport available from just outside the gate and A1058 Highway at just 0.5 mile to reach beach or city centre within minutes.
The Green House is part of the bigger property known as The Plantation with separate entry allowing perfect private place for a small family or group.
The property has one open living room, well equipped Kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds.
Property also feature a huge front lawn, big garden, Barbeque shed and a firepit.
Separate access to the property and Hosts living in the main house of the property available to provide any assistance required.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
