Emily Barn – Large, Bright Countryside Escape

Charming converted barn in the pretty village of Carsington, sleeping up to 16 (+2). Full of character with oak beams, stone floors, and cosy underfloor heating.

You’ll have the whole barn to yourselves, with 3 family bedrooms, 3 doubles, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a south-facing garden.

Walk to the village pub or Carsington Water, with lots of outdoor activities, Alton Towers and stately homes just a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The barn was quirky but worked well for a family of 12.Great location and the Miners offered good food at reasonable prices although were large.Val was really helpful and was pleased to receive a couple of issues which we mentioned and stated that they would be dealt with as they work to complete the renovation.We felt that the barn was lacking a little in the area of cleanliness but this didn’t stop us enjoying our stay.
