Welcome to our apartment. Situated in the city centre of Matlock!
Our apartment features convenient ensuite bathrooms, and can comfortably sleeps 6 guests. We are happy to welcome your furry family too (up to 2 pets)
In the area you'd find Hall Leys Park just minutes away, perfect for morning walks & picnics in the sunny days.
The apartment is near a road, so you may hear some noise during busier travel times.
Stag or hen parties are not allowed – please check with us before booking large parties of guests
We also only accept 2 small dogs. Should we discover any areas of concern with soiled areas or the cleanliness of the property after you have left, you may incur an additional cleaning fee.
Windows only open in one of the bedrooms - this is a health & safety reason. We have recently replaced the blinds in the property to brand new set.
