Apartamento nuevo, limpio y ordenado, exterior en un edificio nuevo cerca del río Danubio a 30 minutos andando del centro, rodeado de edificios de oficinas, zona tranquila y sin ruidos excesivos; hay parada de bus muy cerca.El único punto negativo es que el apartamento carece de a/a refrigeración ( solo posee calefacción central) y en verano con 36-38 grados en el exterior, la temperatura interior no bajaba de 28 grados, sin opción de ventiladores.Se estaba mejor en las zonas comunes del edificio ( hall de entrada, pasillos, ascensor...) donde sí había refrigeración que en el interior del apartamento, situación algo incomprensible.
