Had an awesome first time visit to Mexico City and the accommodations were perfect for us. We really appreciated the central location, within walking distance to museums, beautiful parks and a variety of shops, bakeries and restaurants (even vegan!). We found the kitchen amenities (including good coffee!) and the washer/dryer particularly useful. I didn't see too many Mexico City rental reviews that raved about hot water/pressure so we were prepared and it was a non-issue. Helen was great at keeping the line of communication open - we were able to check-in well before the official check-in time and she went above and beyond to fix an issue we had upon arrival. The building seemed very safe and the front entrance/security staff were friendly and helpful. We did come fully prepared to use the pool and gym but sorry to say we were so worn out running to take in as much as we could it just didn't happen. What might be a 'potential' negative for some are the stairs down into the loft - they are slightly narrow/steep for having no railing (they are visible in the photos). If that's not an issue, we highly recommend the loft and Helen's hospitality
