Nice suite and good value, but extremely poor communication and unresolved billing issue.
The place itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. For the price, it’s a good value, and the accommodations were generally pleasant.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was undermined by very poor communication and strict, unusual policies. Messages sent through Expedia went unanswered, and the WhatsApp number provided in their automated reply never responded. I had to dig through their website for contact info just to find someone who could assist.
Basic accommodations also felt unusually limited. Simple requests, like a couple of extra towels or additional toilet paper, were only available for an added fee. Honestly, who charges extra for a roll of toilet paper??? For a short-term rental, that’s extremely uncommon and made the stay feel unnecessarily restrictive.
Most concerning, my card was charged twice for the booking. Attempts to contact the host about this have been unsuccessful, and their only reply was to “reach out to Vrbo support,” with no effort to resolve the issue. Vrbo is currently trying to contact the host on my behalf, and even they have said the host has been difficult to reach regarding this matter.
Overall, while the suite itself is nice and reasonably priced, the communication and lack of support made the stay unnecessarily frustrating.
