The 8th arrondissement invites you to savour the best Paris has to offer. Start your morning with a tranquil stroll through nearby Parc Monceau or the Jardin des Tuileries, before wandering across to the leafy Champs-Élysées, where French fashion houses like Chanel, Dior, and Hermès have their flagship stores. This iconic avenue is also home to a selection of Michelin-starred restaurants, inviting you to enjoy the delights of French gastronomy. While away the afternoon exploring the neighbourhood’s prestigious museums and galleries, from the frescoes at the Jacquemart-André Museum to the endless wonders of the Louvre. Located on the ground floor, the Élysée Collection Studio offers a serene space for guests to return to after the heady delights of the capital. The apartment’s open-plan concept creates a calming, airy ambience, elevated by large sliding glass doors and the use of soft neutral tones and natural materials, such as blond wood and stone. Whip up a simple meal in the neatly appointed kitchen, then take your time over supper at the sculptural dining table. The cosy sofa in the living room is perfect for slow evenings over a bottle of wine, but it also unfolds to offer a snug spot for two additional guests to sleep. - This home accepts babies, toddlers and children. While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destinations specialists for information. The bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen have a heating and cooling system, which runs as air conditioning in the summer, and provides heating in the winter. Only one function can run at a timeo on the system: it will be on heating mode from October to May, and it will be on air conditioning mode from May to October. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. Please note that the televisions provide access to terrestrial channels only and do not include smart TV features. The capacity of the hot water tank is limited ( 120L size ) which represent 2 showers approximatively. Then you need to wait 1h30 to refill it. There is currently some construction in the building as one new Élysée Collection home is finished off, work is scheduled to end in December 2025. Works will be carried out on weekdays and occasional weekend days but will be done in a way to limit impact to other residents. Please note, the bedroom does not have a window. There is currently construction work taking place in the building next door between 9 a. M. And 5 p. M.
