Rua Luxury Villa is a stylish retreat in the peaceful seaside village
of Alykes, ideal for up to six guests. The 150 m² villa features three
bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access and
one bedroom opens directly onto the pool terrace. Two bedrooms have
double beds, and the third has two singles that can be separated.

The bright open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with
Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge-freezer, and
all essentials, dining, and lounge space with a Smart TV. An additional
guest bathroom adds convenience.

Outside, enjoy a 35 m² private pool (depth 1.5 m) with hydromassage and
decorative waterfall, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. A shaded
pergola with built-in BBQ and dining area completes the outdoor oasis.
Dedicated parking for three cars is included.

Just a short walk from Alykes beach, tavernas, cafés, and shops, Rua
Luxury Villa offers the perfect mix of relaxation, comfort, and island
