Hello. Our building offers a mix of comfort, convenience and value in a central location - just minutes from metro, buses, shops and attractions. Your private lower-ground room is spacious and beautifully designed for a relaxing stay. Enjoy secure entry, CCTV, laundry, shared kitchen and bathroom (only 2 other rooms to share with), communal areas, internal courtyard, a ping pong table among others.
