When I arrived, there were no instructions for operating the water heater, heater machine, or other essential equipment. All systems had been completely disconnected before our arrival, including the refrigerator. Since we arrived at night, we were unable to properly turn everything on until the following morning.Additionally, the sofa bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which significantly affected our rest. We were also not informed that the building’s façade was undergoing repairs, which impacted our overall experience.
