Simple vacation apartment in Stella Maris, Dara 3

Dara Apartments are located in a family house, just 500 meters from the famous Stella Maris beach. The house offers a total of 4 apartments: one apartment for 4 people, one small apartment for 3 people, this first-floor apartment for up to 6 people, and another apartment for 6 people. Each apartment is equipped with a terrace furnished with a table and chairs, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. In the courtyard, guests have access to a shared barbecue area and free parking.

Apartment Dara 3 is located on the first floor and consists of an entrance area with an additional refrigerator, two bedrooms – each with a double bed and wardrobe, a separate kitchen with an oven, gas cooktop, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and basic equipment for cooking and serving meals. The kitchen also includes a dining table with chairs and a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin with mirror, washing machine, bidet, and WC. At the entrance, there is a terrace furnished with tables and chairs. Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge. Parking is available in front of the house. Bed linen and two towels per person are provided and, for longer stays, are changed after 7 days.

*Registration fee of €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed.

*We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation's equipment with care,
- to empty waste containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.

*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
