Lumina Two Suites in a Historic Villa near Pompeii

Lumina Suites is an elegant retreat inside historic Villa Desiderio, an 1800s villa in Angri, just a short drive from Pompeii. Surrounded by greenery and set in a quiet residential area, it is a comfortable base for visiting Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, Naples, Salerno and the Amalfi Coast while staying away from the busiest tourist areas.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of the villa and is designed for guests travelling together who still want privacy. It is an ideal choice for two couples, a family with older children or a small group of friends. Lumina includes two private double bedrooms, two private bathrooms and a kitchenette. A small entrance hallway separates the two rooms, making the layout practical and comfortable for up to four guests.

The first bedroom is bright and quiet, with two windows, a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. The second bedroom is also private and includes a comfortable double bed, a private bathroom and a modern kitchenette. A French door brings natural light into the room and opens onto a very small narrow outdoor ledge, mainly useful for light and air, not intended as a seating terrace.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster and air fryer. It is suitable for preparing breakfast, simple meals or something warm after a day out. Each bathroom includes a shower, bidet, towels, hairdryer and courtesy set. Having two private bathrooms makes Lumina especially comfortable for up to four guests, offering more privacy and greater freedom during the stay.

Guests have access to fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV with standard channels and Smart TV features, bed linen, towels and a washing machine. Outside the apartment, guests can enjoy the shared outdoor areas of Villa Desiderio: the garden, panoramic terrace, furnished relaxation areas and barbecue. These spaces are shared with the other units of the property and should be used respectfully.

Pompeii is about 5-10 minutes away by car, Mount Vesuvius about 25-30 minutes, Salerno about 20 minutes and Naples about 30 minutes. The Amalfi Coast can be visited on a day trip, with Maiori reachable by car and Amalfi also accessible by ferry from Salerno. From the ports of Naples and Salerno, guests can also reach Capri, Ischia and Procida.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by internal stairs. There is no elevator. A car is recommended to explore the area comfortably. Villa Desiderio is located in a quiet residential setting, ideal for relaxing stays. Parties, events and loud evening noise are not allowed.
