Ground Floor: Principal double bedroom (A/C) with en suite shower room and private garden/terrace access. Twin bedroom (single bed and pull out single, A/C) and en suite shower room. Washing machine. First Floor: Open plan living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, TV, WiFi, coffee machine) with doors to terrace. Double bedroom (A/C) with en suite shower room. Outside: Shaded dining terrace and small garden area with sun loungers at first floor level. Garden may also be accessed via external staircase from ground floor. Secure parking area for all residents. Shared gated swimming pool within grounds (13.4m x 5.9m).

Sartena offers you comfort and style in a 3 bedroom link detached villa with access to a shared pool and within the domaine of a renovated 18th Century Château. Close to the bustling and popular old town of Pézenas (4km), just 10 minutes' stroll into the local village and only 30 minutes' drive to the Mediterranean coastline.
The beautiful accommodation is one of 12 small villas built to exacting standards in the grounds of the château, boasting cool tiled floors in a local travertine stone and excellent facilities. Located at the end of the residence with surrounding woodland and good privacy, Sartena will suit couples and families wanting a lovely base from which to explore this beautiful and varied part of the Languedoc. Within the grounds and just a 1 minute walk from the accommodation is a splendid shared swimming pool which is open mid May to mid September.

Lézignan la Cèbe is the closest small village (10 minutes walk) with a grocer's shop. There are also 2 Michelin starred restaurants in the area for those who enjoy a more gastronomic experience! During the summer months guests will enjoy the local 'Pézenas Estivales', an event every Friday evening where wine and local produce come together. You can be lounging on the beach at Marseillan-Plage (35km) within 30 minutes’ drive or eating oysters on the coast for dinner in Agde (24km). The colourful city of Narbonne is just 60km for day trips and Montpellier airport is a 50-minute drive.
