Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the villa boasts six elegantly appointed bedrooms, each offering either a stunning sea or mountain vista. The property is spread across two levels, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.



The villa features two spacious living rooms, each with a large, comfortable sofa, alongside two open-plan kitchen and dining areas, making it ideal for large families or groups. The sleeping arrangements include two master bedrooms with double beds (180×200), three guest bedrooms with double beds (ranging from 160×200 to 180×200), and one guest bedroom with twin beds (2x100x200). Five of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, while two bedrooms share a bathroom. Extra beds and baby cots can be arranged upon request.



Guests can unwind in the villa’s private infinity pool (4.5×10 meters), which can be heated upon request. Pool heating is available at an additional charge of 700 EUR per week, and a minimum of two days' advance notice is required for activation. A pool cover is provided and must be used to ensure optimal heating efficiency.



Set in a tranquil beachfront location, Villa Kritamos Haven is just 2km from Kissamos town, a short 20-minute drive from Chania, and 50km from the nearest airport. The closest shop is within 100m, and numerous villages, beaches, and attractions are easily accessible by car.



The villa is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including air conditioning, climate control, a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fitted with high-end appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, espresso and filter coffee machines, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and toaster. Additional amenities include a safe box, bathrobes, toiletries, hairdryer, and ironing facilities. Outdoor spaces feature a large pergola with shaded dining, barbecue facilities, and ample parking for two cars.



A comprehensive range of hospitality services is provided to enhance guests' stay. A villa manager is available for daily assistance, offering information, restaurant reservations, and taxi bookings. Housekeeping services include daily cleaning (except Sundays), linen changes every three days, and towel changes twice weekly. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary arrival pack.

This bespoke service includes 24/7 personal villa assistance, meet-and-greet with champagne and snacks, event planning, private chef services, in-villa spa treatments, guided excursions, and exclusive restaurant bookings. Concierge pricing is based on the level of service and number of guests, with a minimum three-day booking requirement.



Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the villa’s conditions, which include no indoor smoking, a refundable security deposit of 300 EUR upon arrival, and balance payment due 60 to 30 days before check-in. Pets may be considered upon prior arrangement.
