Heliades Suite is set within a beautifully restored 100-year-old residence, now part of a refined complex. The architecture reflects the elegance of early 20th-century aristocratic homes, with high ceilings, groined vaults, tall windows and graceful archways that frame the Caldera and Aegean Sea. Venetian influences appear throughout the interiors, where bronze, marble, carved wood and decorative glass blend with contemporary furnishings to create an atmosphere of relaxed sophistication. Adjacent to the historic building, the modern suites offer all the comforts expected of a luxurious stay while maintaining the timeless character of the setting.



The suite provides a spacious living room, two separate bedrooms and two private bathrooms, all designed for comfort and privacy. Sea views are visible throughout, and the private hot tub offers an intimate place to unwind while admiring Santorini’s sunset skies. The suite includes air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a private entrance, minibar, coffee machine, flat-screen TV with cable channels, wardrobe and high-quality linens. Guests may also enjoy the shared pool terrace, complete with double loungers and umbrellas, as well as a charming veranda where breakfast is served daily.



Daily housekeeping is included as standard. Concierge services are available to assist with reservations, private transport, boat charters, special celebrations and other tailored experiences. Additional services such as private dining, spa treatments and yacht or boat hire can be arranged at an extra cost.



A local accommodation tax is payable locally. Depending on booking conditions and length of stay, a refundable security deposit may be required. Smoking is not permitted inside the suite.
