• Pets: Small dogs/cats welcome (£200 per pet per stay). Guests must notify us before arrival. Large dogs and other animals are not permitted. Keep pets off furniture and please clean up after your pets.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Wash up any dishes or load the dishwasher (and start it if full)
-Empty the fridge of personal food & drinks
-Return any furniture, books, or items you moved to their original place
-Check you haven’t left behind chargers, clothes, or toiletries
-Finally, please close the front door firmly behind you — it will lock automatically.
