The Space:

Lucky Lodge offers a warm, welcoming escape set within beautifully maintained parkland at Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park. Designed to feel like a true home from home, this stylish two bedroom, two bathroom lodge sleeps up to four guests and provides a peaceful setting for rest and reset.



Inside, a cosy open-plan layout creates a calm and inviting atmosphere, with soft furnishings, warm tones and plenty of natural light. The lounge provides a relaxing space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for leisurely breakfasts and evenings in.



The master bedroom includes its own ensuite for added comfort, complemented by a tranquil twin room and a second bathroom — perfect for couples, families or friends sharing. With thoughtful touches throughout and a warm, homely feel, it's easy to see why Lucky Lodge holds a ‘Fabulous’ rating from previous guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.

Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

Set within beautiful countryside just a short drive from York, Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park is perfectly positioned for easy travel and exploration. The park is located off the A1079, only a couple of miles from the vibrant market town of Pocklington and around thirteen miles east of York. Guests arriving by car can access the park via the A1(M) and A64, both offering smooth routes through scenic Yorkshire landscapes. Complimentary parking is provided for complete convenience during your stay.



York Railway Station, just 25–30 minutes away, provides excellent national connections with regular services to London, Manchester, Leeds, and Edinburgh. Taxis are readily available from the station, or guests can reach Pocklington by bus and complete the final short leg of the journey by taxi or on foot.



Nearby amenities include local shops, restaurants, and cafés in Pocklington, as well as outdoor adventures in Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve.
