The Space:

alconers Lodge offers a stylish and calming countryside escape within the peaceful setting of Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park. This modern two bedroom retreat sleeps up to six guests, making it an ideal choice for families, couples or friends looking to unwind and enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by nature.



Designed with comfort in mind, the open-plan living space features soft neutral tones, contemporary furnishings and an inviting seating area complete with a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a warm, airy atmosphere throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and dedicated dining area provide everything you need for leisurely breakfasts, relaxed dinners and evenings spent together.



The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features twin beds, making it perfect for family stays. A modern bathroom adds convenience, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure a restful and enjoyable stay.



Step outside onto your private terrace to enjoy peaceful garden views, alfresco dining or a quiet morning coffee. The highlight is the luxurious hot tub, offering the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the local area or taking a stroll through the park’s beautiful landscaped grounds.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to their lodge from 4pm on their arrival date.

Our on-site team will be on hand to support your check in and ensure you have everything you need for your stay.



Please note that there is one parking space to the side of each lodge, this is to be used by one vehicle only. All other vehicles can drive to the lodge to drop-off luggage but must park their car in the main car park for the duration of their stay.

There is strictly no parking on the grass at any times.



Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm and 7am and we politely ask that you respect your neighbours when using the outdoor facilities during these hours to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time when staying with us.

Please note that the park is Dog Friendly but we ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at all times when on the park site.



All guests can make use of the additional facilities at the Lodge Park. These include JJ's Bar & Grill, a Take-away Pizza Shack, 9 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range and Children's Play Park

The park lies just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and approximately a half-hour drive from York city centre. Guests travelling from further afield can reach the park via the A1(M) and A64, both providing quick and direct routes through the region. Every lodge benefits from on-site parking, allowing guests to travel freely and explore the surrounding countryside at their own pace.



For those using public transport, York Railway Station offers fast and frequent services from London, Leeds, and Manchester, while local bus routes connect York and Pocklington several times a day. From Pocklington, it’s just a short taxi ride to the park.



Within easy reach, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay — from local shops and dining in Pocklington to walking trails at Allerthorpe Common Nature Reserve. The city of York is nearby for day trips, offering iconic attractions like York Minster, The Shambles, and Clifford’s Tower.
