apartamento de 50 metros cuadrados, en segunda linea de playa, amplia terraza y vistas frontales al mar desde la habitacion , la terraza y el salon . cocina, lavadora,ascensor, reformado, el parking es comunitario, dependiendo de la epoca del año puede haber aparcamiento. Dejo una montain bike en la terraza de libre uso para dar paseos en bici por benalmadena. La playa está a cien metros y tiene zonas verdes con palmeras , mesas de pingpong, porterias para practicar futbol, boleibol, y paratos de hacer gimnasia. Hay una barrera artifial a cien metros del borde de la playa a la que puedes ir andando por el agua Y el puerto deportivo está a 8 minutos andando.
