Newly renovated (2019) penthouse apartment in Benalmádena in the first line of the beach with a stunning panoramic view to the Mediterranean Sea.



The exclusive apartment is tastefully furnished with a Scandinavian touch and contains what you need for a lovely holiday. There are 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a living room.



The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things and have oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. The kitchen is in connection with the living room which contains a dining area and a cosy sofa area where there is Smart TV. There is direct access to the terrace which has lounge furniture and here you can enjoy meals at all times of the day while enjoying the beautiful view to the Mediterranean Sea.



There are 2 bedrooms, to accommodate 1-4 adults. Due to sofa bed in living room that maximum is 4 adults + 2 children.



The 1st bedroom contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, air-condition and en suite bathroom.



The 2nd bedroom contains 1 double bed, wardrobe, air-condition, en suite bathroom and access to a terrace. On the terrace there is a table with two chairs.



There is Wi-Fi and energy saving air-condition with 2h timer throughout the apartment.



Within the community there is 3 shared swimming pools as well as a kid’s pool.



The beach is only 50 meters away and here you will also be able to find restaurants where you can enjoy several good meals.



The nearest train station is located only 2 km away and this makes it possible to get forth and back from Málaga Airport, so a rental car is not needed.



Attractions such as Park Paloma with the Selwo Marina Dolphinarium (1 km), Cable car which can take you to the mountains (2 km) and Puerta Marina (3 km), is within walking distance.

The building itself looks very warn, old, but the penthouse is incredible. Brand new, modern, clean, many amenities and direct view to the sea. You can see forever. It’s as good as it gets. Highly recommend. 2nd room has its own private balcony with gorgeous views as well. Rooms are soundproofed

Lovely view. Very close to sea with some road noise. Well equipped spacious apartment, in pleasant grounds with 2 swimming pools, surrounded by grass. Great access to beach, and close to restaurants and main supermarket just up the road.

Sun, Beach and visiting vacation

A nice apartment! Clean and well equipped. Sitting on the terrace you saw only the sea and felt like a cruise ship! We took day trips and visited Malaga, Ronda and Granada, all within 1.5 to 2 hours . Beautiful places ! We had a car and one of the reasons we picked this place was it offered parking. We had to figure out ourselves how to get into the small parking lot. First come first serve so we ended up parking in the street and the car ended up being scratched…I communicated well with the realtors before we checked in. After that they never returned my messages. The AC in the living room was not working. We had the other two running and we didn’t spend too much time in the apartment anyway . And the weather was great!

Breathtaking views

Pros: location and easy access to bus routes, shopping, dining, and beaches. Beds comfy, plenty of bath towels for 30 day stay. Lots of windows; front terrace favorite spot for relaxing. Kitchen large with lots of counter/cupboard space. Great water pressure in shower. Cons: couch very worn and in need of deep clean or replacement; bed pillows extremely broken down and flat. Kitchen lacked a few supplies we needed for food preparation, but we bought them at hardware store nearby. We also purchased new coffee maker. Rough start to learning how to operate the A/C; the television, the washing machine/dryer. Our orientation lacked clear instructions on operating these amenities. The website provided to us by Rincon was not accessible, nor were emergency phone number(s). As non-European residents, we found this very frustrating.

Great modern apartment

This apartment is exactly as it appears on the photographs. Completely modernised inside allowing for a very comfortable self catering stay. The balcony was wonderful and had full sun throughout the day with front line views of the ocean as well as the hills behind. Unlike a previous review we had no issue with the water pressure for the shower and did not find the 2 hour timer for the aircon to bd an issue either although we didnt need it on too much anyway as we just kept the doors open. I appreciate that in the height of summer this would not be possible. I rated 4* for cleanliness only for a couple of reasons. (1) The couch was a bit grubby in my opinion but could sorted by a couple of nice throws. (2) The bedsheets could probably do with being replaced as these are not a high cost item and had seen better days…also black sheets seems a strange choice for a holiday rental. Those minor points aside, overall the apartment was lovely and well situated on Benalmadena Costa. I would stay here again if i return to Benalmadena. The check in experience and communication was very good.

Fantastic modern apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon The aircon 2hr limit is a little annoying for through the night and the showers aren’t the best, pressure and drainage. Neither a major issue though.
